    1. Preparation: I’ve said it before, I will say it again. Preparation is key. We clean and remove all dirt and debris, and repair any damage to the floor.

    2. Grinding: We grind the entire floor to remove the surface layer and expose the aggregate. Then progressively grind with finer-grit tools to achieve the desired look.

    3. Honing & Polishing: First, honing - used to refine the surface and remove any imperfections. Then a polishing compound is applied, and a high-speed burnisher is used to create your desired finish.

    4. Sealing: We then apply a sealer to protect the floors from stains, scratches, and wear.
